We want you to love your MAKE Beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label that you can print at home and attach to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaking during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
